Dr. C. Victor Herbin III is a keynote speaker, organizational leadership researcher, executive leadership advisor, author, and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel.
He is the Founder and CEO of LTUI Consulting — Limited Time…Unlimited Impact — and the creator of the Organizational Arrogance™ framework and Organizational Arrogance Scale, a research-based model and assessment instrument examining how superiority behaviors become embedded within organizational culture.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning military service, executive leadership development, and organizational consulting, Dr. Herbin has coached and facilitated leaders across the federal government, intelligence community, and national security sector.
A retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Herbin served 20 years in uniform, including three combat deployments to Iraq. His assignments included battalion command, Director of Personnel for the White House Communications Agency, and executive-level personnel leadership assignments within the Pentagon. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service.
